Personalized Jewelry - Must Read

1. It takes 21-28 days for us to make your Personalized Jewellery.
2. It is designed, handcut, and finished by hand.
3. The final design may be different from the design draft.
4. Personalized jewellery can’t be returned because they are custom made, so please choose carefully, and contact us with any questions before ordering.
5. Your Personalized jewellery will arrive in a jewellery box ready to give as a gift.
6. Your Personalized jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver, optionally plated with either White Gold, Yellow Gold or Rose Gold.
7. The chain of Necklace and Bracelet are 40 cm and 17 cm respectively. If you need a longer or shorter chain, please ask for this in the spceial request box when you send order form.

8. Do you need extra help designing a special jewellery? Just contact us. We can include numbers, unusual letters, punctuation, make long words or create two-word necklaces. Send us your preferences and we'll design it for you.
9. Jewellery can be fragile so always store and transport your Personalized jewellery in its box.
10. Take good care of your Personalized jewellery – try not to crush it when you’re wearing it.
11. Keep water, perfume and other sprays and lotions away from your Personalized jewellery.

Sterling Silver Aftercare

1. If you wear your necklace every day over a long period of time, or it comes into contact with moisture, it's possible for the chain to become tarnished.
2. All of our jewellery has been made with great care and finished to a very high specification, however all jewellery made from sterling silver is still vunerable to scratches so please avoid heavy-duty activities whilst wearing your jewellery such as washing up, gardening, D.I.Y, etc.....
3. It can be cleaned using a soft polishing cloth (will be provided for free). Diamonds and other precious stones can be cleaned using mild washing-up liquid on a soft toothbrush, then rinsed thoroughly with hot water.
4. Sterling silver can naturally oxidise with time causing jewellery to turn grey or even black in colour, this is a result of the silver being exposed to the oxygen in the air where the metal alloys - (usually copper or zinc) react and cause the silver jewellery to tarnish.
5. The other main reasons why your silver jewellery could tarnish are due to chlorine or skin acidity which fluctuates according to diet or medication. Some perfumes and sea water also tend to tarnish sterling silver so it is advisable to avoid swimming with your jewellery and to put your jewellery on after spraying perfumes, hair spray and any other sprays of that matter!
6. It is adviseable when your jewelry is not in use, to store it in a tarnish / acid free box or paper. 
7. Regular cleaning can also help prevent the formation of silver sulphide or tarnish. Silver jewellery can be cleaned by a standard anti tarnish polishing cloth. If you do not want to invest in professhional cleaning products It is good practice to clean your steling silver jewelry with washing up liquid and rinse thoroughly with hot water - be sure to dry straight away with a soft cloth or tissue to avoid water stains.
8. On metal, use warm water and mild soap. Rinse. Polish with a soft cloth. Dry your jewelry before storage. For stones, wipe with a damp cloth to remove perspiration, oil or any other residue. For regular cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth. Dry completely with a soft cloth. Avoid heat, hot water, steamers or ultrasonic cleaners along with cosmetics and hairsprays. Don't soak in water.
