How to Order

1. Select your favorite accessories.
2. Place your order.
   
   •• For purchase of Bags and Others,
   Proceed to Order Form 1 and fill the required blank.
   
   •• For purchase of Personalized Jewellery,
   Proceed to Order Form 2 and fill the required blank.
    
3. We will reply you with the total cost (including the postage fees) for you to confirm the order.
4. Once the order is confirmed, payment shall be made within two (2) working days, else your order will be cancelled.
   Bank: Maybank, Public Bank or CIMB Bank.
5. Inform us about your payment details once you've made your payment.
   Information needed (Order Number, Bank Used, Amount Transferred, Date and Time)
6. Delivery will be settled on the next day.
   You should receive your parcel after 1-2 working days (for West Malaysia) or 2-4 working days (for East Malaysia).
7. Check your tracking number HERE. We will update this page after 8pm everyday.
8. Leave us a comment/testimonial at the same page to inform us after you've received your parcel.

如何下订单

2. 下订单.
   
   •• 要订购包包和饰品，
   去到 Order Form 1 填写所需的资料.
   
   •• 要订购定制首饰，
   去到 Order Form 2 填写所需的资料.
    
3. 我们将尽快回复，为您确认订单 的  总额（包括邮资）.
   
4. 一旦您确认订单后，请在 两（2）个工作日 内付款，否则您的订单将会被取消.
   银行：Maybank, Public Bank  或  CIMB Bank.
5. 在您付款后，请通知我们您的  付款细节.
   所需要的信息：（订单号，使用银行，汇款金额，日期和时间）.
6. 汇款后隔天发货. 您应该会在1-2个工作日后收到包裹 （西马），东马则在2-4个工作日内.
7. 到此查询 Tracking Number（每晚8点后更新）.
8. 收到包裹后，请留下评语来通知我们.我们欢迎所有的评语, 以求提升我们的服务素质. 感谢您的帮忙！！=p
