How to Order
  • How do I place an order?
    All order must be placed through email and following the order guideline. Methods other than those introduced in the guideline are not acceptable.
     
  • How long is the validity of my order?
    All payment shall be made within two (2) working days after your order is confirmed. Else, the order will be cancelled after two (2) working days and you will need to reorder again.
     
Payment
  • What type of payment methods are available?
    We're accepting Maybank and Public Bank for this moment.
     
  • Do I need to provide evidence after I made my payment?
    No, you don't have to provide us any evidence after your payment has been made.
     
  • What should I do after payment?
    Kindly inform us at my.littlecutebox@gmail.com once you've made your payment. After verification, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible (normally the next day after payment has been verified).

Shipping
  • Which shipping company will be hired?
    We will normally hire SkyNet and Kangroo to deliver our products to you.
     
  • How much is the shipping fees?
    Peninsular Malaysia: RM 7;
    Kuantan & Terengganu: RM 9;
    East Malaysia: 
    RM 12.
     
  • Do I need to pay for the delivery fees?
    Yes, buyers are responsible on bearing the delivery fees (unless during certain promotion period).
     
  • Is Cash On Delivery (COD) service available?
    No, COD service is currently unavailable.
     
  • When will my items be shipped?
    Items will be shipped out within 24 hours after payment is being done.
     
  • When will I receive my items?
    Items will normally reach you in 1-2 working days (for West Malaysia) or 2-3 working days (for East Malaysia), after payment is made, and if there is no special case.

如何下订单
  • 我应该如何下订单?
    所有订单必需使用电邮发出. 下订单的方式可以在 这里 找到. 除了电邮以外,我们暂时不接受其他下订单的方式.
     
  • 订单的有效期限是多久?
    在您确定订单以后,所有的款项必需在 两 (2) 个工作日里付清. 两 (2) 个工作日以后,所确定的订单将自动被删除, 您将需要重新下订单.
     
付款
  • 现在有几种付款方式?
    我们暂时只接受 Maybank 与 Public Bank.
     
  • 付款之后,我需要提供任何付款证明吗?
    并不需要.
     
  • 付款之后,我应该做些什么?
    请在付款之后, 电邮至 my.littlecutebox@gmail.com 告知我们. 接到通知后, 我们将尽快安排出货 (多数在付款隔一天出货).
     
运输 
  • my.LittleCuteBox 将会聘请哪一所运输公司?
    我们通常聘请的运输公司是 SkyNet 与 Kangroo.
     
  • 运输费是多少钱?
    马来西亚半岛: RM 7;
    关丹&登嘉楼: RM 9;  
    东马: RM 12

     
  • 我需要缴付运输费吗?
    买家必需缴付运输费 (除了在特定的促销期间).
     
  • my.LittleCuteBox 提供 '货到付款' 的服务吗?
    我们暂时并没有提供 
    '货到付款' 的服务.
     
  • 我的货品将在几时被发出?
    货品将付款后 24 小时内 发出.
     
  • 几时才能收到货品?
    如无意外, 货品通常将在您付款后的 1-2 个 工作日 (西马) 或 2-3 
    个 工作日 (东马) 内收到.
